Accreditations & Affiliations

Whitemarsh House is proud to have achieved the highest level of accreditation offered, a full three-year CARF accreditation. CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) is an international, not-for-profit accrediting organization focused on advancing quality rehabilitation health and human services. By achieving the three-year accreditation, Whitemarsh House has demonstrated its’ commitment to continually improving services, encouraging feedback and serving the community. Our accreditation areas include Home and Community Services and Residential Rehabilitation Programs, both emphasizing our specialization in Adult Brain Injury.

Whitemarsh House is fully licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. A full license is granted when the facility demonstrates compliance with all licensing regulations. Licensing representatives make unannounced visits to inspect the facility at least once each year.

Whitemarsh House is a member of The Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania. The Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania works to prevent brain injury and improve the quality of life for people who have experienced brain injury and their family members.
